The current Covid19 emergency does not allow us to establish courier delivery times with certainty and therefore may vary.
We advise you to check the departure date and the tracking from the day you place the order until the moment of the conclusion of the order, if you follow the shipment on the traceability link that we enter d at the time of shipment you can check for yourself the status of your order.
As soon as the package is delivered to the courier at our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email in which you will find the shipping number, and in normal times also immediately a link on which to click and follow the delivery that takes place between 9.00 and 18.00, from Monday to Friday. (they may change times depending on the area).
We advise you to check the link to be updated in real time on every possible variation.

You can return the product to us both to exchange it for something else and to get the money back by exercising the right of withdrawal, within 15 days from receipt of the goods.
The shipping cost of the return is charged to the customer if the cause of the return did not depend on defects or that the product is different from the one ordered. The customer's charge for courier costs is € 7.20
